The Beginning
How Bistro Hilary Began
Bistro Hilary opened its doors in Senoia, Georgia in January 2018 with one simple conviction: that a small town deserves a great restaurant. Founded by Chef Hilary and her husband Jim White, the bistro grew out of years of professional cooking, a deep love for ingredients, and a belief that hospitality is its own art form.
Senoia is a town with character — historic, tight-knit, and quietly proud. Bistro Hilary was built to match it. From the beginning, the menu has leaned on what's local and seasonal, the patios were designed for lingering, and we continue to strive for the team with warmth as much as skill and passion.
Today, Bistro Hilary is a gathering place for the community — for weekday lunches, weekend brunches, anniversary dinners, and everything in between. We're proud to be part of Senoia's story.
The Chef
Chef Hilary White
Chef Hilary White has spent her career cooking with intention. Trained in classical technique and shaped by over 25 years in professional kitchens, she moved to Georgia after her culinary training and eventually opened the restaurant she always wanted to eat at — one that takes the food seriously without taking itself too seriously.
Chef Hilary believes a great dish starts long before it reaches the stove, and she builds relationships with local growers accordingly.
When she's not in the kitchen, Chef Hilary enjoys time with friends, family, teaching cooking classes, supporting local food initiatives, and making the case that small-town dining can be as exciting as anything in Atlanta.
